Cause of action: Lawsuit of objection to execution by the applicant

Overview of the case: The defendant borrowed 220000 yuan from us and signed a mortgage loan contract. Both parties registered the mortgage. However, due to the defendant's failure to repay the loan as agreed, we filed a lawsuit with the court and ruled that the defendant should repay the loan to us. As the defendant failed to fulfill the obligation of monetary payment, we applied for compulsory enforcement. Subsequently, Defendant 2 raised an objection to the execution to the court on the grounds that the property in question was jointly owned by husband and wife, and they were suffering from illness and difficulties in living. The court made a ruling to suspend the execution, and we are dissatisfied with the ruling and have filed a lawsuit against the applicant for execution objection.

The judgment result after the lawyer's intervention: The court supports our lawsuit request and allows the execution of the involved property.
